Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
To cancel an order, please email us at Support@thecriff.com or call 6262272795 with your order details.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
You received a wrong product.
The product delivered is damaged or defective.
You received an incomplete order.
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide photos/videos as proof, along with your order ID.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Return request is raised after 48 hours of product delivery.
Product is returned without original packaging and tags.
Customized or sale items are not eligible for refund.

Return shipping details will be shared once your return is approved.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

THECRIFF reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be processed automatically.
