Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of a delay due to high order volume or other unforeseen reasons, we will notify you by email or phone.

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking details provided once shipped.
Rural or remote areas may take longer than usual
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499 or in select locations. Charges will be visible during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the link provided in the email or on our website.
Delivery Issues
If you’re not available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you.
If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged package or item, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures or video.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in tracking or replacing the order at no additional cost (if applicable).
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
